Meanwhile, prices of goods produced from agriculture, forestry, and fishing activities, which have a relative importance of 29.94% of the product basket, decreased by 1.27%, due to falling prices of goods in the non-permanent crops sector by 4.88%, where the average prices for: hot pepper at 23.92 shekels/kg, sweet green pepper at 6.96 shekels/kg, okra at 73.42 shekels/kg, green beans at 21.21 shekels/kg, potatoes at 9.92 shekels/kg, and local dry onions at 35.95 shekels/kg, although the prices of: greenhouse tomatoes at 20.00 shekels/kg, greenhouse cucumbers at 8.27 shekels/kg, zucchini at 6.69 shekels/kg, eggplant at 13.72 shekels/kg, and dry garlic at 637.83 shekels/kg increased.

In general, price levels are experiencing sharp fluctuations between increases and decreases in the Gaza Strip, linked to developments in the Israeli aggression, rather than changes resulting from market factors, thus having a significant impact on the overall index for the Palestinian territories. These data must be considered when interpreting the producer price index and average price, and due to the peculiarity of this exceptional phase, the average prices in the Palestinian territories cannot be used, given the sharp regional variation in data, heavily influenced by price changes in the Gaza Strip.

Prices of products from the mining and quarrying industry, which have a relative importance of 1.41% of the product basket, and prices of water supplies, sewage treatment, and waste management, which have a relative importance of 1.50% of the product basket, remained stable during July 2025.
