
Palestine Bank Provides Emergency Relief Aid to the People of Gaza Strip
SadaNews - The Palestine Bank, in partnership with the Cooperation Foundation, has provided emergency relief aid to hundreds of families in the Gaza Strip as the humanitarian situation worsens and child mortality rates rise due to malnutrition, as part of the ongoing humanitarian and relief bridge to support our people in the sector.
The new intervention included the distribution of food aid and the provision of drinking water to hundreds of families in the Gaza Strip amid the critical conditions they are facing.
The bank confirmed that its ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts to support our people in the Gaza Strip are part of its social and humanitarian responsibility towards our people and contribute to strengthening their resilience in facing the harsh living conditions due to the ongoing war. It emphasized that it will continue to support our people in Gaza and address all their needs until they can emerge from their humanitarian crisis as soon as possible.
It is noteworthy that since the beginning of the continuing war on Gaza, the Palestine Bank has been working on launching a continuous relief bridge to provide emergency humanitarian assistance for our people in the Gaza Strip, which includes the provision of food supplies and drinking water to hundreds of displaced individuals, along with providing other relief needs, continuing its efforts in partnership with a group of civil society organizations and international relief organizations, from which more than 1.7 million citizens have benefited from these interventions so far.
