Corruption in the So-Called Humanitarian Aid for Gaza

It is indisputable that the Zionist entity, as a racist colonial terrorist entity, bears responsibility for all the calamities faced by the Palestinian people and the instability in the region in general, including the atrocities of genocide and ethnic cleansing, and the resulting famine and dire humanitarian conditions for the people of Gaza, through its control over the scale and quality of the aid reaching the sector.
However, there is increasing talk about corruption and the absence of justice in the distribution of the little aid that arrives in the sector. While Israel plays a role in the chaos of aid distribution, some Palestinian and sometimes Arab parties also participate in this chaos and the lack of fair distribution.
For example, Hamas implements what it has committed to since its founding, that Hamas’s money is for Hamas, thus allocating the aid received to its members and from the tax revenues it continues to collect even during wartime. Moreover, the Dahlan group, or what is called the reformist trend, utilizes the aid coming from the UAE to distribute it primarily to its affiliates and supporters through what it calls the "noble knight operation". Even the limited aid that comes from the authority and Fatah movement prioritizes loyalty to the leading body of Fatah in Gaza. Corruption and poor distribution reach international organizations as well.
Around 200 trucks of "humanitarian aid" reach the sector, which is far less than what was agreed upon in Trump’s initiative and the Sharm El-Sheikh summit. This aid is supposed to be humanitarian, meaning it should be distributed to those in need without compensation. Unfortunately, most of this "aid" reaches merchants who sell it to residents at exorbitant prices that the majority cannot afford, and this aid is sold under the watchful eyes of Hamas’s government and international organizations.
It is true that some aid reaches those in need outside political loyalty considerations, but its proportion is small. Since the majority of the sector's residents are not affiliated with these parties and many families cling to what little dignity remains, they do not know the methods of flattery and do not have ways to communicate with the influential parties that hold the keys to accessing the aid. This group constitutes the majority of the population and cannot obtain a tent to protect them from the winter cold and rain or a share of the aid equal to what others receive.
The problem arises when these corrupt individuals use religion to justify their actions, by invoking the established legal rule or the well-known saying that states "the closest are more deserving of goodness" or the right of "those working on it," which are texts found in the Quran, but in contexts and meanings that do not apply to what is happening in Gaza. Unfortunately, some of the "workers on it" who collect aid in the name of the Palestinian people have amassed millions in their personal accounts and have become wealthy while those the aid is intended for receive nothing but the scraps. The scandal of what is called the "Ummah Fund", affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, is still being discussed in the media and social media platforms.
