More than 22,000 passengers crossed the Karama crossing last week
SadaNews - More than 22,000 citizens and visitors crossed the Karama crossing during the past week, while the police arrested 35 individuals wanted by the judiciary.
The number of departures during the week was (11,135) individuals, while the number of incoming travelers was (10,754) individuals, and the flow of travelers was moderate.
During the same period, the police arrested (35) individuals wanted by the judiciary and banned from travel, either while attempting to depart through the crossing, or upon their arrival while entering Palestinian territories, as they were wanted in cases before the courts and the public prosecution.
The police and all security and civilian agencies in the General Administration of Crossings and Borders provided numerous facilities and services to all citizens, including coordination for (6) medical cases for travel between the two sides of the crossing in Palestinian ambulances.
