Trump: We Will Begin to Clear Hormuz of Mines

SadaNews - US President Donald Trump said on Saturday that his country is about to start a process to clear the Strait of Hormuz of mines. Trump stated in a post on Truth Social that everyone knows Iran is suffering a "devastating loss, its navy has been destroyed, its air forces, anti-aircraft systems, radars, missile and drone factories, in addition to the missiles and aircraft themselves, and most importantly, their 'leaders' who have ruled it for a long time are gone, thank God!". Trump added that all that remains for Iran is "the threat of a ship possibly colliding with one of their sea mines, which, by the way, all their 28 mine countermeasure vessels are resting at the bottom of the sea". He clarified: "We are now about to begin a process to clear the Strait of Hormuz as a service to countries around the world, including China, Japan, South Korea, France, Germany, and many more". He pointed out that it is surprising that these countries "lack the courage and will to do this task themselves. But interestingly, the empty oil ships coming from many countries are all heading to the United States to refuel".
