Tulkarm Governor: The Occupation Army Extends Its Aggression on Tulkarm and Nour Shams Camps Until The End of May 2026
SadaNews - Tulkarm Governor Major General Dr. Abdullah Kmeil stated that the decision of the occupation army to extend its aggression against our people in Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps until May 31, 2026, reflects a clear determination to continue this crime, which has resulted in the suffering of forced displacement, house demolitions, and the destruction of infrastructure, among other effects of this aggression.
In a press statement, Governor Major General Dr. Kmeil indicated that this extension of aggression increases the suffering of citizens and exacerbates the humanitarian conditions experienced by our people in Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps under these difficult and oppressive circumstances.
Governor Major General Dr. Kmeil renewed his call to international institutions, the international community, human rights organizations, and all components of the international system for urgent action to stop the crime of aggression against our people in Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, especially in light of the severe impacts this aggression has had on citizens, resulting in forced displacement and difficult humanitarian conditions that have affected their daily lives, in addition to the ongoing closures that further exacerbate the crisis.
Governor Major General Dr. Kmeil continued: All these practices will only increase our people's steadfastness and resilience to remain on this land, no matter what crimes and aggression the occupation commits, as we will remain committed to our legitimate national rights to establish an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital."
