Fatah's Central Committee Holds Meeting to Follow Up on Preparations for the Eighth Conference of the Movement

SadaNews - The Central Committee of the "Fatah" movement held a meeting at the mobilization and organization headquarters, where it continued to discuss the preparations for holding the Eighth Conference of the "Fatah" movement on the scheduled date of May 14, 2026.

The Central Committee reviewed what has been accomplished so far by the preparatory committee for the conference, particularly concerning the work of the membership committee and other specialized committees.

The Central Committee of "Fatah" approved the formation of several special committees for this purpose, which will set the criteria, then specify names and represent the movement's offices, to be raised to the Central Committee for approval.

The Central Committee decided to invite the preparatory committee for the eighth conference to convene next Thursday (April 2, 2026) to discuss what was approved by the Central Committee in its meeting.
