Official Statement Issued by the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

SadaNews - The Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Engineer Mazen Ghanem, stated on the occasion of the launch of the popular fundraising campaign through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, that this noble initiative is an extension of the established humanitarian approach that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by its leadership, government, and people, has adhered to in providing official and popular support to the Palestinian people.

He confirmed that this blessed campaign, which was launched under the gracious guidance of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, embodies the depth of the steadfast Saudi stance regarding the Palestinian issue and reflects the Kingdom's constant commitment to enhancing the resilience of the Palestinian people in the face of the humanitarian and economic challenges imposed by the Israeli occupation.

He pointed out that the continuous Saudi support, through official and humanitarian frameworks, constitutes a fundamental pillar in empowering the Palestinian people to remain steadfast on their land and reaffirms the established status of the Palestinian cause in the conscience of the Saudi leadership and its brotherly people.

He added that the launch of this campaign expresses the unity of the official and popular positions in the Kingdom towards Palestine and confirms the Kingdom's ongoing role in championing the legitimate Palestinian rights and supporting efforts aimed at achieving a just and comprehensive peace in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.
