The Prosecution emphasized that it will promptly initiate the enforcement of the ruling and pursue all its legal effects, achieving both general and specific deterrence and reinforcing the principle of accountability.
The Public Prosecution confirmed that the file of the Public Authority for Crossings and Borders against Nazmi Muhanna and his wife has been issued international arrest warrants against them, which have been circulated internationally through relevant police and judicial cooperation channels, where the prosecution began its legal procedures as soon as it learned of the crime in October 2025, and referred it to the competent court on January 14, 2026, after completing investigations, hearing witness statements, and gathering evidence according to the procedures.
