The Occupation Continues the Siege and Closure of Hizma Northeast of Jerusalem for the Second Day
SadaNews - This morning, Tuesday, Israeli occupation forces continued their siege and closure of the town of Hizma, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, for the second consecutive day.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces stationed at the entrances to the town are continuing a wide-ranging raid campaign that has targeted dozens of homes, accompanied by deliberate property destruction, phone searches, and the recording of money thefts from citizens' homes.
Moreover, the occupation forces fired sound bombs intensively at anyone attempting to leave Hizma, coinciding with the closure of all entrances to the town and imposing a strict siege on it.
It was noted that the schools in Hizma announced the closure of their doors today to ensure the safety of students.
The occupation forces had distributed leaflets in the town's streets yesterday morning, notifying citizens that the town is a closed military area, and leaving is prohibited until further notice.
