The occupation renews its decision to prevent Sheikh Ikrima Sabri from traveling
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation authorities extended on Tuesday the travel ban outside Palestine for the preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Ikrima Sabri (86 years old), until May 22, 2026.
The Jerusalem Governorate stated that the decision comes at a time when the occupation continues to target Sheikh Sabri, noting that it renewed in October of last year its decision to expel him from Al-Aqsa Mosque, thus completing this month 16 consecutive months of expulsion.
Meanwhile, the occupation court set a new date for his trial session on February 17, 2024, as part of the indictment against him on charges of incitement since July 2024.
