French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian mentioned earlier on Monday, according to "Reuters", that he suggested to the EU's foreign policy chief, Kaja Kallas, to brief the American envoys for the Union's foreign ministers on the latest developments regarding the implementation of the plan during a meeting in Brussels.
