Gunfire Exchange in Rafah Between Resistance Members and Occupation Forces, Israel Threatens
SadaNews Translation - An exchange of gunfire occurred this evening, Wednesday, between Palestinian resistance members and Israeli occupation forces in the city of Rafah in southern Gaza Strip.
According to settler platforms, an armed group from Hamas emerged from the tunnels in Rafah and attacked an Israeli force, using anti-tank missiles.
According to those sources, as SadaNews translated, there are two injuries among the Israeli forces, while militants were reported killed and the others returned to the tunnel with a pursuit operation underway.
Helicopters were seen landing in Rafah, while others opened fire in the area.
An Israeli official threatened in a talk with Channel 12, to respond strongly to the incident.
