International Quadruple Statement Calls on Israel to Comply with International Law and Protect Palestinians
SadaNews - Germany, Italy, France, and Britain called on Israel to comply with international law and protect Palestinians in the occupied territories.
The foreign ministers of the four countries stated in a joint statement on Thursday, "We, France, Germany, Italy, and Britain, strongly condemn the alarming escalation of violence by settlers against Palestinian civilians, and we call for stability in the West Bank."
The statement added: We, along with France, Germany, and Italy, call on Israel to adhere to its obligations under international law.
The statement welcomed President Trump's opposition to the annexation of the West Bank and reiterated our opposition to settlement policies.
