Minister of Health: Launch of the Ninth Round of the "Our Blood is One" Blood Donation Campaign

SadaNews - Minister of Health Dr. Majid Abu Ramadan announced today, Saturday, the launch of the ninth round of the "Our Blood is One" blood donation campaign, aimed at supporting the treatment of citizens, patients, and wounded individuals in the Gaza Strip.

The ninth round of the campaign will commence tomorrow morning, Sunday, November 23, 2025, and will run until next Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., at all blood banks affiliated with government hospitals, the central blood bank in Ramallah, in addition to a mobile blood bank vehicle, to facilitate access for citizens and ensure the provision of necessary quantities to meet the required needs.

The minister emphasized that the launch of the ninth round comes in light of the acute shortage of blood units and their derivatives in the sector, and as part of our duty towards the people of the southern governorates, praising the humanitarian and national role played by citizens and partner institutions in the northern governorates to ensure the success of the campaign.

Dr. Abu Ramadan called on citizens to participate widely in the ninth round of the campaign, in support of the resilience of the health sector and the treatment of families in the sector.
