Local sources reported that a number of settlers suddenly attacked the citizens with stones while they were in the area located between the town of Beit Lid east of Tulkarm and the town of Kafr Qaddum east of Qalqilya, known as "Al-Dawir," where they have been protesting for the 23rd consecutive day against a colonial plan to establish a settlement outpost there.
