Demonstration in Sweden Protesting Against Continued Israeli Attacks on Gaza and Lebanon
SadaNews - A protest took place in the Swedish capital, Stockholm, against the ongoing Israeli occupation's attacks on the Gaza Strip, in repeated violations of the ceasefire, as they condemned the continuation of its airstrikes on Lebanon.
Hundreds of participants gathered last night, Saturday, in Odinplan Square in Stockholm, at the invitation of various civil society organizations, to denounce the Israeli army's targeting of Gaza and Lebanon with airstrikes.
The demonstrators held signs that read "Children are being killed in Gaza", "Schools and hospitals are being bombed", "Stop the attack on Lebanon", and "Put an end to food insecurity".
They called for an end to the genocide being perpetrated by Israel in Gaza and to stop the airstrikes on Lebanon, emphasizing the necessity for Sweden to halt arms exports to Israel.
