Police Seizes Drugs Prepared for Trafficking in Ramallah and Arrests New Dealer
SadaNews - The Anti-Narcotics Police in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate succeeded in seizing a quantity of drugs that were prepared for commerce and promotion early this Wednesday morning, as part of their ongoing efforts to protect the community from this dangerous scourge.
Based on confirmed information regarding an individual with a criminal record in drug-related cases possessing a quantity of drugs intending to promote them, a search warrant was obtained from the public prosecution.
A force from the Anti-Narcotics Branch was mobilized with support from the special police, military intelligence, and general intelligence.
During the search of the suspect's home, (50 bags) containing a substance suspected to be synthetic cannabis "Nice" were seized; these were packaged and ready for sale and promotion. The suspect and the seized items were held for further legal action against him in accordance with the law.
The police confirmed that this achievement is part of their ongoing campaign to dismantle drug trafficking and promotion networks, emphasizing their commitment to pursuing anyone who undermines the security of the community and the safety of its members, in order to protect our people from these destructive toxins.
