
Trump Discusses Very Inspiring Talks About Gaza and Bin Zayed Meets Netanyahu
SadaNews - U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that he held very constructive and inspiring talks with countries in the Middle East regarding Gaza.
Trump said, "We have conducted intensive negotiations over the past 4 days and we will continue as long as necessary to successfully reach a comprehensive agreement," noting that all countries in the region are participating in the discussions.
He pointed out that Hamas is fully aware of the discussions, and that Israel has been informed at all levels, including Netanyahu.
He confirmed that there are good intentions to reach an agreement in Gaza more than he has seen before. He added, "Everyone is excited to move beyond this difficult period, and it is an honor for me to be part of these negotiations regarding Gaza," emphasizing the need to recover hostages and achieve lasting peace.
In a related context, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the sidelines of the current session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
During the meeting, which was reported by the Emirates News Agency (WAM), they discussed current regional developments and the international community's efforts to end the war in the Gaza Strip. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the necessity of ending the bloody war in Gaza, achieving a permanent and sustainable ceasefire, preventing further loss of life, and putting an end to the crisis and the tragic conditions faced by civilians in Gaza.
The Emirati Foreign Minister reaffirmed the UAE's support for international efforts aimed at releasing all hostages and detainees, while emphasizing the importance of collective international efforts to combat extremism and terrorism in all its forms, and to protect the lives of all civilians, according to his statement.
He also noted that the tragic conditions faced by civilians in Gaza require all possible efforts to deliver humanitarian aid without obstacles and in a sustainable manner.
He reiterated the UAE's steadfast approach in supporting all efforts aimed at achieving comprehensive peace based on the "two-state solution," which contributes to meeting the aspirations of both the Palestinian and Israeli peoples and all the peoples of the region for a future characterized by security and sustainable stability, emphasizing the importance of promoting values of tolerance, coexistence, and human brotherhood in the region to fulfill its peoples' aspirations for security, stability, prosperity, and sustainable development.
