Katz: The Hurricane Continues to Hit Gaza
SadaNews - As the Israeli army intensifies its attacks on the city of Gaza amid a massive displacement of residents, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz emphasized on Saturday that "the hurricane continues to hit Gaza."
Katz stated in a post on the platform "X": "The hurricane continues to hit Gaza. The Noor Tower has collapsed, forcing the residents of Gaza to evacuate and flee southward."
He also added that Israel continues to destroy the infrastructure "until Hamas is subdued and all hostages are released."
Evacuation of Entire Neighborhoods
For its part, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) warned on Saturday that Israel is evacuating entire neighborhoods of residents in the cities of Gaza and Jabalia in northern Gaza Strip.
UNRWA further stated via "X" that more than 86% of the area of the city of Gaza is under evacuation orders or has turned into Israeli military zones, leaving residents with no safe place to take refuge.
