Tulkarm Governor: Citizens outside the military area in the camps of Tulkarm and Noor Shams can return to their homes and businesses

SadaNews - The Governor of Tulkarm, Major General Dr. Abdullah Kmeil, announced to our people in the camps of Tulkarm and Noor Shams that the Palestinian liaison informed from the Israeli side about new military orders concerning the camps, according to the attached maps.

Major General Dr. Kmeil clarified, quoting what was communicated from the Palestinian liaison, that "citizens and shop owners residing outside the designated military area defined by the military order can return to their homes and their commercial shops."

The Governor, Major General Dr. Kmeil, emphasized that all acts of destruction and military orders implemented by the occupation forces constitute a blatant violation of human rights laws, international humanitarian law, and all international charters and norms, pointing to the extent of destruction and systematic vandalism, as well as the resultant forced displacement of our people in the camps and the immense suffering endured by the citizens as a result.
