West Bank: Occupation Launches Wide-scale Raids and Arrests

SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces launched a wide-scale arrest and raid campaign in several areas across the West Bank in the early hours of Sunday, involving incursions into homes and mistreatment of their occupants.

In Nablus, the occupation army arrested young Khaled Al-Beljiki during the raid on Balata camp, and young As'ad Al-Salhi during the raid on Al-Hesbah street, as well as raiding several neighborhoods and towns in the governorate. The occupation also arrested the injured Yamen Samer Salah from the village of Burqa northwest of Nablus.

In Salfit, young Hamza Bouzia was severely beaten by soldiers and was taken for treatment in the hospital.

In Jenin, the occupation forces arrested young Yazid Abu Al-Hija from the Al-Jabriyat neighborhood, as well as Ashraf Al-Jada after raiding his home in the Moutala area between Barqin and Kafr Dan.

The occupation forces also conducted raids in the towns of Samoua, Adhuna, Beit Ummar, and Yatta in Hebron, as well as raiding the city of Al-Bireh, Sarda, and Abu Qash in Ramallah.

They also raided the Al-Rass neighborhood west of Adhuna and fired illumination grenades without recording additional arrests or raids.

In Jericho city, a young man was injured by occupation gunfire, while the occupation forces prevented an ambulance from transporting him for treatment.

The occupation forces also raided the town of Aqraba south of Nablus and the eastern region in Nablus, launching an arrest campaign during the raid on the town of Burqa and Balata camp east of Nablus.

It is noteworthy that this campaign comes amid ongoing military escalation and renewed confrontations in the West Bank.
