Sheikh briefs the Romanian Ambassador on the latest developments and calls for urgent international intervention for Gaza
SadaNews - The Vice President of the State of Palestine, Hussein al-Sheikh, met with the Romanian Ambassador to Palestine, Florin Bulgaru, and the head of the consular section at the embassy, Carmen Monaco, and briefed them on the latest political developments, especially in light of the escalating Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Sheikh emphasized the grave humanitarian situation in Gaza, warning against the continuation of Palestinian bleeding and the famine war, and calling for immediate international intervention to ensure the cessation of hostilities and the timely entry of humanitarian aid.
For his part, the Romanian Ambassador stressed his country's support for the two-state solution and the continuation of cooperation with the State of Palestine.
