The Martyrdom of Three Released Prisoners Exiled to Gaza, Including a Jerusalemite
SadaNews - This dawn, three released prisoners exiled to Gaza were martyred due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on the strip.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported the martyrdom of released prisoner Bassam Abu Suneina from the occupied city of Jerusalem, as a result of airstrikes carried out by occupation aircraft in one of the areas of the Strip. He is one of the Jerusalem prisoners who were forcibly exiled to Gaza in 2011 by the occupation authorities.
The same sources added that released prisoners Ayman Abu Dawood and Mahdi Shawar, both from Hebron, were also martyred during the violent bombardment that targeted various areas of the Strip last night.
The three martyrs are among the released prisoners who spent long years in the occupation's prisons and were released as part of a prisoner exchange deal in 2011, during which they were forcibly exiled to the Gaza Strip as part of the collective punishment and forced exile policy pursued by the occupation authorities.
The Ministry of Health announced in its latest statistics that 142 citizens have been martyred, including three martyrs whose bodies were retrieved, in addition to 487 others injured in the last twenty-four hours, raising the total number of martyrs since October 7, 2023, to 57,012 martyrs and the number of injured to 134,592.
