Martyrs and Injured in the Intense Bombardment by the Occupation on Gaza Strip Since Early Today
SadaNews - Dozens of citizens have been martyred and injured in the intensive Israeli bombardment on several areas in the Gaza Strip since early dawn today, Wednesday.
Local sources reported that 6 citizens were martyred and others were injured due to the occupation's bombardment of the tents of displaced persons in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis. Additionally, 10 citizens, including children, were injured as a result of the bombardment of tents housing displaced persons in the same area, which is considered one of the "safe areas" for displaced families, although it has been repeatedly bombed in recent weeks.
The sources added that four other citizens were martyred and others were injured due to the occupation's targeting of a house belonging to the Zino family on Yafa Street in the center of Gaza City.
It was clarified that the four martyrs include the father Ahmad Iyad Zino, his wife Ayyat Zino, their daughter Zahra Zino, and their son Obaidah Zino. The bombardment also resulted in the near-total destruction of the house, while ambulance and civil defense teams continue their search operations under the rubble amid fears of more victims.
Furthermore, 4 citizens including two children were martyred as a result of an airstrike by the occupation on a house in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.
In Deir al-Balah city in the central Gaza Strip, medical sources reported that ten citizens were injured due to an Israeli drone targeting a tent housing displaced persons near the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. Several citizens were also injured by gunfire from an occupation drone in the Al-Karama neighborhood northwest of Gaza City.
Medical sources indicated that 13 citizens have been martyred in the occupation's airstrikes on various areas of the Strip since the early morning.
The Gaza Strip witnessed a series of massacres committed by the occupation forces against families yesterday, Tuesday, with approximately 100 citizens martyred by gunfire and aerial bombardments of the occupation.
The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 56,647 since October 7, 2023, while injuries have reached 134,105.
