Palestinian Islamic Bank Wins Award for Best Islamic Bank in Palestine in Several Areas for 2025
SadaNews - The Islamic Financing News magazine "IFN" has announced the selection of the Palestinian Islamic Bank as the Best Islamic Bank in Palestine for the year 2025 in several areas, including the most Innovative Islamic Bank, the Best Islamic Bank for Individuals, and the Best Islamic Investment Bank.
The Islamic Financing News magazine "IFN" is one of the leading global magazines that tracks news in the Islamic banking sector, and its awards are subjected to various criteria, including direct voting from the magazine's readers from different sectors such as businessmen, experts, and specialists in Islamic banking.
The General Manager of the Palestinian Islamic Bank, Dr. Emad Al-Saadi, stated that this achievement confirms that the bank is moving in the right direction in implementing its strategies, particularly in the fields of innovation and digital transformation, and providing banking and investment solutions that meet the needs of customers, while ensuring the highest commitment to best practices in governance and institutional excellence.
Al-Saadi added: "We take pride every year in being nominated for numerous awards by well-known regional and international institutions and magazines, and this year’s win aligns with the growth in the bank's financial indicators despite the challenges and difficult conditions we face in Palestine. All of this would not have been possible without careful and proactive planning by the bank's board of directors and its committees, and efficient implementation of those plans by the executive management and all levels of administration, under the supervision of the Sharia Supervisory Board which ensures all our services and products comply with Islamic law. "
Al-Saadi pointed out that the year 2025 was marked by the launch of numerous services and products aimed at meeting the needs and aspirations of customers for advanced Islamic banking services and enhancing local and international partnerships in this field, in addition to continuing the development of the bank's digital channels, especially the Islamic Mobile application which has become a comprehensive digital platform for the bank's services. He noted that new cards and advanced electronic payment solutions were also launched.
Al-Saadi further explained that this excellence in providing digital Islamic banking services and solutions and the growth in the bank's financial indicators for 2025 came in parallel with the bank enhancing its contributions in the field of sustainable social responsibility, especially in the sectors of health, education, and relief.
The message and vision of the Palestinian Islamic Bank revolve around excellence in providing modern and secure banking and investment solutions in accordance with Islamic law. The bank has also developed a well-studied strategy to advance the digital transformation process, supported by a cybersecurity strategy that ensures the protection of all customer data, resulting in the launch of leading digital services.
