National Bank Accepts Resignation of CEO Salama Khalil
SadaNews - The National Bank announced the acceptance of the resignation of CEO Salama Khalil, which he submitted for personal reasons. This came during a council meeting held at its headquarters in Ramallah.

The board confirmed that these achievements represented a pivotal station in the bank's journey, reflecting a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and wise leadership, thanking Khalil for his contributions and sincere efforts, wishing him continued success in his future professional endeavors.
In a related context, the board of directors decided to appoint Mr. Anan Al-Zaghah, the head of the financial administration, as the acting CEO starting from 02-05-2026. Mr. Khalil is expected to continue his duties for a month from this date to ensure a smooth and organized transition of responsibilities, which enhances the continuity of work and maintains the bank's operational and institutional stability.
