The general producer price index recorded a sharp decline of 14.64% in November 2025 compared to October 2025, where the general index reached 181.52 in November 2025 compared to 212.66 in October 2025 (base year 2019 = 100).

Producer Price Index for Locally Consumed Goods During November 2025

The price index for locally consumed goods from domestic production recorded a sharp decline of 15.13%, reaching 188.74 in November 2025 compared to 222.39 in October 2025 (base year 2019 = 100).

Producer Price Index for Exported Goods During November 2025

The price index for exported goods from domestic production recorded a decline of 6.39%, reaching 114.11 in November 2025 compared to 121.90 in October 2025 (base year 2019 = 100).

Movement of Product Prices Within Main Activities During November 2025

Prices for goods produced from agriculture, forestry, and fishing activities, which have a relative importance of 29.94% of the product basket, recorded a sharp decline of 22.90%, due to a 40.00% decrease in fishery prices and a 30.68% decrease in prices for non-permanent crop activities. The average prices of: white cabbage 3.15 NIS/kg, cauliflower 3.42 NIS/kg, zucchini 4.86 NIS/kg, sweet green pepper 3.16 NIS/kg, hot pepper 12.33 NIS/kg, molokhia 6.76 NIS/kg, spinach 2.96 NIS/kg, green beans 6.02 NIS/kg, green lobia 10.38 NIS/kg, okra 57.83 NIS/kg, green onion with leaves 6.56 NIS/kg, tomatoes (plastic houses) 4.64 NIS/kg, cucumbers (plastic houses) 2.83 NIS/kg, eggplant 5.05 NIS/kg, dry garlic 8.08 NIS/kg, local dry onion 1.38 NIS/kg, and potatoes 1.67 NIS/kg.

Prices for goods in livestock production activities fell by 10.55%, with average prices of: live large broiler chicken 10.40 NIS/kg, and fresh eggs (2 kg size) 14.66 NIS/pack.

Prices for goods in permanent crops activities decreased by 6.44%, with average prices of: oranges 2.81 NIS/kg, clementines 2.81 NIS/kg, lemons 3.98 NIS/kg, dates 7.07 NIS/kg, pomelos 2.83 NIS/kg, grapefruits 2.36 NIS/kg, guavas 6.84 NIS/kg, green thyme 13.39 NIS/kg, and green olives for pickling 10.43 NIS/kg.

Overall, price levels are witnessing sharp fluctuations between increases and decreases in the Gaza Strip, linked to the developments of the Israeli aggression, and are not the result of market interactions; therefore, their effect on the general index for Palestinian territories is significant. These data must be taken into account when reading the producer price index and average price, considering the specificity of this exceptional phase. Moreover, due to the sharp geographical variance in data, the average prices in Palestinian territories cannot be effectively used, as they are significantly affected by price fluctuations in Gaza.

Prices of the electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supplies, which have a relative importance of 8.23% of the product basket, recorded a decline of 3.38% during November 2025 compared to October 2025.

Prices of goods produced from manufacturing activities, which represent 58.92% of the product basket, decreased by 1.53%, attributed to declines in the prices of goods produced in the following activities: grain mill products by 23.04%, basic iron and steel manufacturing by 1.66%, and furniture making by 0.64%, despite an increase in average prices for bakery products by 2.54% and the production of vegetable and animal oils and fats by 0.67%.

Prices of water supply, sewage activities, waste management, and treatment, which represent 1.50% of the product basket, recorded a decline of 0.31% during November 2025.

Meanwhile, prices of mining and quarrying products, which account for 1.41% of the product basket, showed an increase of 0.43% in November 2025 compared to the previous month.
