The construction costs for residential buildings in the West Bank* recorded a slight decrease of 0.09% during November 2025 compared to October 2025; as the construction cost index for residential buildings fell to 119.60 compared to 119.70 during the previous month (base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the rental equipment group recorded a decrease of 0.53%, while the raw materials and commodities group fell by 0.12%, whereas the costs and wages group for workers remained stable during November 2025 compared to the previous month.
Slight Decrease in Construction Costs for Non-Residential Buildings
The construction costs for non-residential buildings in the West Bank* recorded a slight decrease of 0.07% during November 2025 compared to October 2025; as the construction cost index for non-residential buildings fell to 118.45 compared to 118.53 during the previous month (base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the rental equipment group recorded a decrease of 0.61%, while the raw materials and commodities group fell slightly by 0.08%, whereas the costs and wages group for workers remained stable during November 2025 compared to the previous month.
Slight Decrease in Construction Costs for Frame Structures
The construction costs for frame structures in the West Bank* recorded a slight decrease of 0.01% during November 2025 compared to October 2025; as the construction cost index for frame structures fell to 117.03 compared to 117.04 during the previous month (base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the rental equipment group recorded a decrease of 0.54%, while the raw materials and commodities group increased slightly by 0.01%, whereas the costs and wages group for workers remained stable during November 2025 compared to the previous month.
Decrease in the Construction Costs Index for Roads
The construction costs for various types of roads in the West Bank* recorded a decrease of 0.50% during November 2025 compared to October 2025; as the overall construction cost index for roads fell to 113.72 compared to 114.29 during the previous month (base month December 2008=100).
At the level of major groups, the raw materials and commodities group recorded a decrease of 0.83%, while the costs for operating and maintaining equipment fell by 0.57%, while the rental equipment group saw a slight increase of 0.04%, whereas the costs and wages group for workers remained stable during November 2025 compared to the previous month.
Decrease in the General Index for Water Network Construction Costs
The construction costs for water networks in the West Bank* recorded a decrease of 0.48% during November 2025 compared to October 2025; as the index for water network construction costs fell to 126.64 compared to 127.26 during the previous month (base month January 2010=100).
In terms of water network prices, the index recorded a decrease of 0.62%, falling to 132.60 compared to 133.43 during the previous month, and the prices for water tanks decreased by 0.12%, with the index falling to 113.54 compared to 113.68 during the previous month.
Decrease in the General Index for Sewage Network Construction Costs
The construction costs for sewage networks in the West Bank* recorded a decrease of 0.39% during November 2025 compared to October 2025; as the index fell to 114.86 compared to 115.31 during the previous month (base month January 2010=100).
