National Bank Participates in Green Solutions Exhibition Supporting Startup Projects
SadaNews - The National Bank showcased its financing packages aimed at supporting startup owners operating in the field of sustainability, during its participation in the Green Solutions Exhibition organized by the Ministry of National Economy in the town of Sarda, Ramallah District.
During an interview with "SadaNews," the Minister of National Economy, Eng. Mohammad Amour, stated: "Despite all the suffering faced by the Palestinian people, they still find a space to be part of the global transition to a green economy."
He added: "We organize this exhibition in collaboration with the European Union and the German Union, and we are proud of this exhibition and what it will offer the Palestinian economy in terms of green solutions at all levels."
For her part, Reem Anani, Director of Public Relations at the National Bank, emphasized to SadaNews that "the bank's participation in the exhibition comes as part of the bank's vision aimed at adopting responsible and environmentally friendly practices, and supporting entrepreneurs who seek to achieve a balance between economic growth and sustainability," stressing the bank's commitment to providing financing packages and consulting services."
The exhibition was well received by visitors, who toured its sections and learned about projects and initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainable development. The exhibition also included dialogue sessions discussing ways to promote the green economy and its role in supporting the Palestinian economy and making it more resilient to challenges.
For her part, Ruth Muller, Deputy Head of Development Cooperation at the German Embassy, stated during her interview with SadaNews: "The German Development Foundation focuses on three main areas, and economic development is one of them. We are working with our Palestinian partners to build a sustainable economy, which means supporting green growth and enhancing the resilience of the Palestinian economy."
