Quds Bank Supports Cancer Patients in Gaza During "One Day" Evening in Collaboration with Mariam Foundation

SadaNews - Quds Bank continues its commitment to social responsibility by providing financial support directed towards cancer patients in the Gaza Strip, a step that reflects its ongoing commitment to its social responsibility towards the Palestinian people.

The announcement of this support came during the "One Day" evening event held at the Cultural Palace in Ramallah, organized by the Mariam Foundation.

The CEO of Quds Bank, Mohamed Shour, said in his conversation with SadaNews, "The bank provides this support to the people of the Gaza Strip within the framework of social responsibility, which the bank places great importance on," adding, "At Quds Bank, we are always ready to serve our Palestinian people in general, and the people of Gaza in particular, as our people deserve all the care and support."

This support comes at a time when cancer patients in Gaza are facing the most difficult health reality in years, with a severe shortage of medications and medical supplies, a collapse of specialized treatment facilities, and being prevented from traveling abroad for treatment.

Hamed continued, "The event gathered the Palestinian audience from various provinces of the homeland to convey our humanitarian and national message, which we consider a form of resistance, and a message of great importance to our people and our patients in Gaza."

During the event, Quds Bank announced a directed financial support through the Mariam Foundation for cancer patients in Gaza, who are suffering from severe hardships, affirming its ongoing commitment to its social responsibility towards the Palestinian citizens.

For his part, Mohamed Hamed, director and founder of the Mariam Foundation for Cancer Control, told SadaNews: "In this evening, we will highlight a number of important projects that the Mariam Foundation is working on, with the participation of 40 Palestinian musicians in a performance that carries a pure Palestinian stamp, and with a Palestinian sponsorship that we are proud of from Quds Bank, the official and sole sponsor of this evening."
