Interior Ministry and Ooredoo Sign Agreement for Service Provision and Cooperation
SadaNews - Ooredoo Palestine and the Ministry of Interior signed a cooperation agreement today aimed at providing the company with interconnection services and civil status records, to contribute to the development of the services offered by the company, particularly cellular communication services for citizens using the latest technological means.
The agreement was signed at the Ministry of Interior's headquarters, in the presence of His Excellency Interior Minister Major General Ziad Heb al-Rih, Ooredoo Palestine's CEO Dr. Samer Faris, and several officials from both sides.
This agreement aims to support Ooredoo Palestine's efforts in partnership with the Ministry of Interior in enabling digital transformation within national institutions and enhancing the telecommunications and modern technologies infrastructure to serve citizens.
For his part, Dr. Samer Faris expressed Ooredoo's pride in this strategic partnership with the Ministry of Interior, emphasizing the company's commitment to support national institutions' efforts in digital transformation and adopting the latest technologies that contribute to improving the quality of public services.
Both sides affirmed the importance of this partnership in supporting digital transformation and facilitating procedures, stressing the continuation of cooperation in the interest of the public good.
