The European Union Organizes its First Event to Introduce European Financing Programs and Tools
SadaNews - The European Union, in cooperation with the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organized the first event to introduce European financing programs and tools, as part of the European-Palestinian Investment Platform.
The event aims to inform representatives of the Palestinian private sector about financing opportunities provided by European and global financing programs and tools, which are offered through Palestinian banks, to enhance access for small and medium-sized enterprises to financing and to support their investments in renewable energy, industry, agriculture, and more.
Participating in the event were the EU Cooperation Director Mario Giuseppe Fareniti and other colleagues, Palestinian ministries, industrial federations, alongside Palestinian banks and business owners from various sectors.
Through these meetings, the European Union reaffirms its commitment to support the Palestinian private sector and promote sustainable economic development in Palestine.
