SadaNews - The National Insurance Company received an official delegation from the Palestine Stock Exchange today at its headquarters in Al-Bireh, which included Rola Al-Shanar, Chairwoman of the Exchange, Nihad Kamal, General Manager, Alaa Abu Rab, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs, and Ahmad Safi, Public Relations Officer. They were welcomed by the senior management of the National Insurance Company, represented by Fadl Hamad, Deputy Chairman of the Board, Bashar Hussein, CEO, Alaa Safi, Executive Director of Financial Affairs, Fathi Ishtayeh, Director of Sales, Customer Service, and Public Relations, Imad Zagha, Regional Director for the North, and Shadi Sayam, Marketing and Customer Service Manager.
A comprehensive meeting was held to discuss several topics related to the performance of the financial market, challenges in the insurance sector, and proposals for developing working mechanisms between the companies listed on the stock exchange and the market management. Additionally, ways to enhance strategic cooperation between the exchange and the company were discussed, aiming to positively reflect on market performance and boost investor confidence amidst current economic challenges. The meeting featured an open discussion on several recommendations for improving operations, including enhancing financial disclosure procedures, activating tools and technological development, and supporting financial awareness efforts for investors.
