The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MAS, Dr. Nabil Qasis, welcomed the appointment of Malhim, which was decided by the Board of Trustees according to the institute's charter and procedures, confirming his confidence that Malhim's selection for the position, given his extensive experience in research and policy-making, will represent a qualitative addition to the institute's work and development, and will help maintain the achievements it has made over its long-standing 30-year journey of contributions and accumulation of economic and scientific knowledge.

The Board of Trustees also thanked Khalidi for his distinguished efforts during his time in office and for the tangible developments he achieved on several fronts that contributed to advancing and enhancing the role of the institute as a leading national and research institution, wishing him success in his future endeavors.
