
Capital Market Authority Notifies Suspension of Unlicensed Activities in Unregulated Foreign Exchanges
SadaNews Economy - The Capital Market Authority has issued a notification urging individuals and entities engaging in activities related to trading or promoting unregulated foreign exchanges (Forex) without obtaining the necessary licenses from the Authority to immediately cease these practices, based on the applicable laws and regulations in Palestine.
The Authority emphasized that any unlicensed practice in this field constitutes a clear violation of the law and exposes those responsible to legal accountability. It also stressed the necessity for all entities without a license from the Authority to stop providing any investment or promotional services related to unregulated foreign exchanges, under the threat of liability.
The Authority called on the public of investors and traders to exercise caution and to verify that any entity has obtained the necessary license from the Authority before engaging with it, by reviewing the licensed entities section on the Authority's website.
