
"Electricity of Jerusalem" Participates in Palestinian Youth Skills Day 2025
SadaNews Economy - The Technical and Academic Training Center of the Jerusalem District Electricity Company, in collaboration with the sister company "Jedco for Fiber Optic Technology", participated in the Palestinian Youth Skills Day, organized by the Efforts for Community Development Foundation in Ramallah City yesterday, Wednesday, July 23, under the sponsorship of the Palestinian Ministry of Labor.
The engineer Bassam Bader, Director of the Technical and Academic Training Center, provided a comprehensive explanation to the honorable Minister of Labor Dr. Inas Al-Attar during her visit to the Electricity of Jerusalem booth at the accompanying exhibition, addressing the role of the training center in developing the skills of Palestinian youth in the electricity sector, and recently in fiber optic technology, after the center received the first accreditation in Palestine to offer specialized courses and conduct international examinations, qualifying trainees for internationally recognized certifications.
Also participating in the event from Jedco for Fiber Optic Technology were Mr. Ali Dhiab and Mr. Adi Sawalha, where Mr. Dhiab presented a presentation that impressed visitors, discussing fiber optic technology and the practical skills needed for workers in this vital sector.
