Iranian Media: Tehran's Decision on the Agreement is "Under Review"
SadaNews - Iranian media reported on Sunday that Tehran's final decision regarding the framework agreement with Washington is still under review.
U.S. President Donald Trump stated that an agreement with Iran is set to be signed on Sunday.
Trump added in a post on "Truth Social" that Washington will take Iran's enriched uranium dust when the situation calms down, and the Strait of Hormuz will be open to everyone immediately after signing the agreement with Iran.
The U.S. President expressed hope that the process would proceed quickly, easily, and smoothly, and if that does not happen, Washington has an optimal alternative, according to him.
Trump pointed out that the United States' relationship with Iran is different and much better than that of previous administrations.
Additionally, CNN reported that U.S. officials provided details about the meeting that would be designated for the signing of the anticipated agreement to end the war between Washington and Tehran; the officials confirmed the cancellation of plans for an in-person meeting to sign the agreement, replacing it with electronic signing due to logistical challenges.
On another note, the Iranian Foreign Ministry denied that the timing for signing the memorandum of understanding with the United States is within twenty-four hours; however, the spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry did not rule out the possibility of signing the memorandum in the coming days.
Iranian media reported that the spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry stated that the negotiation team does not intend to visit Geneva or anywhere else in the next few days.
