SadaNews - Several Lebanese people were martyred and injured during the night and early Saturday due to Israeli airstrikes on several areas in southern Lebanon.
Five Lebanese, including a paramedic, were reported martyred following an Israeli airstrike on the town of Zabdine in the south of the country.
The town of Mefidoun in the Nabatiyeh district was subjected to aerial and artillery bombardment.
Several towns that the Israeli army requested to be evacuated were also bombed.
For its part, Hezbollah announced it had carried out a series of attacks, including intercepting drones and military aircraft with missiles on the Zahrani coast.
The Israeli army announced on Friday evening that a soldier was seriously injured, along with a commander from the reconnaissance unit of the Golani Brigade, during clashes in Zawtar al-Sharqiyah.
