Beuyomi Fouad's Ex-Wife Sues Him Again.. Official Move to Reveal His Wealth

SadaNews - The ex-wife of Egyptian artist Beuyomi Fouad has filed three new lawsuits before the Family Court, demanding her legal rights regarding alimony for the waiting period, compensation, and the overdue dowry.

The court has scheduled a hearing for next month to start reviewing the cases, thus expanding the legal dispute between the two parties, according to local media reports.

This move comes as the Family Prosecution has completed listening to the testimonies of witnesses in four previous lawsuits filed by the comedian's ex-wife, which relate to demands for school expenses, housing rent, and childcare costs for their child.

Meanwhile, judicial authorities have requested official and extensive investigations into the artist's sources of income, assets, and bank accounts, with the aim of sending a final report to the Family Court to determine the appropriate amount of alimony in accordance with his financial capacity.

Court Ruling

The artist's ex-wife revealed that she recently obtained a court ruling granting her educational guardianship over their child, confirming that she has had to bear all the expenses for the child entirely from her personal finances due to the failure to reach an amicable settlement.

She also explained that efforts to resolve the dispute outside the courts lasted a long time, as her legal defense communicated with the relevant parties in various possible ways to resolve the crisis amicably, prioritizing the child's welfare.

However, these efforts faced obstacles due to a lack of response; she indicated that the artist confirmed – according to her statements – his inability to meet the required financial obligations, which ultimately led her to resort to the Family Court to secure her legal and rightful rights.

It is worth noting that Beuyomi Fouad is considered one of the most prominent and famous comedy and drama stars in the Egyptian and Arab artistic scene in recent years, and he is dubbed in journalistic circles as "the Joker of Egyptian Cinema" due to his numerous artistic participations.

He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Helwan University and was a pioneer in the "Atelier Theater" troupe, participating in several works in minor roles for many years before achieving his major breakthrough through the character "Dr. Rabi'" in the series of episodes of the show "Al-Kbeer Awi."

He has starred in dozens of successful films and series and is at the top of the list of the most working and highest-grossing stars in various artistic seasons.
