Katz: We May Resume War Against Iran and Work to Counter Hezbollah's Drones
SadaNews Translation - Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz stated on Thursday evening that his forces are prepared for the possibility of resuming war soon against Iran.
This came during his speech at a ceremony commemorating fallen Israeli soldiers from the war.
Katz said, as translated by SadaNews, "Our mission is not over yet, and we must complete the objectives of the battle in a way that ensures Iran does not pose a threat to the existence of Israel, the United States, and the free world," as he put it.
He added, "We may have to return to war in order to ensure these goals are achieved."
Regarding the northern front, the Israeli Defense Minister stated that his forces are fully aware of the threat posed by the drones launched by Hezbollah.
He added, "There are solutions that have already been implemented on the ground, and there are a number of additional technological and operational solutions."
He continued, "The entire security apparatus is mobilized for this purpose, and Hezbollah will pay a heavy price."
