Land Authority Completes Settlement of 30 Basins and Issues 3737 Registration Deeds in Several Governorates
SadaNews - The Palestinian Land Authority announced a new achievement as part of the land settlement project, which involved the approval of 30 settlement basins by the settlement judge, covering a total area of 7353 dunams, resulting in the issuance of 3737 registration deeds after completing the approved legal procedures.
The Land Authority indicated that the approved basins included the governorates of Bethlehem, Nablus, Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Hebron, Jerusalem, Qalqilya, Salfit, and Tulkarem, as part of the ongoing implementation of settlement works according to the approved national plan.
The head of the Land Authority, Minister Alaa Al-Tamimi, confirmed that accelerating the completion of settlement works in various governorates is a national priority, given the current challenges and complex circumstances facing the land sector, pointing out that the project is a fundamental pillar for protecting property rights and enhancing the resilience of citizens. He added that the Land Authority is continuing to develop work procedures and expand reliance on modern systems, which increases performance efficiency and speeds up the completion of transactions according to the approved legal standards.
The Land Authority called on citizens to follow official announcements and to approach the relevant registration departments to issue the registration deeds, ensuring the preservation of rights and the organization of ownership according to the approved legal procedures.
