Two Young Men from Al-Tur in Jerusalem Die in a Road Accident South of Tel Aviv

SadaNews - Two young men in their twenties lost their lives, and one young man and two young women suffered serious and moderate injuries as a result of a road accident that occurred in "Rishon Lezion" south of Tel Aviv early this Sunday morning.

The victims of the accident were Hisham Dawood Al-Hadra and Hamada Khalil Al-Hadra, residents of Al-Tur in Jerusalem.

Medical teams from "Magen David Adom" were summoned to the scene, and they pronounced the two young men dead, one of whom suffered burns due to the overturning and catching fire of one of the vehicles.

They also provided initial treatments to a 25-year-old young man whose condition was described as serious due to burns on his body, in addition to two 18-year-old women whose conditions were described as moderate; they were then transferred to "Tel Hashomer" hospital for treatment.

Medical team paramedics stated, "This is a severe accident between two vehicles, one of which was overturned and caught fire. A person was trapped inside, unconscious, and on the side of the road was another young man who was also unconscious and without pulse or breath, both of whom suffered from severe burns on their bodies. We conducted medical examinations but had no choice but to declare their deaths. We managed to rescue a conscious young man who suffered burns all over his body, we provided him with life-saving initial treatments, then transferred him to the hospital in serious condition."

They added, "Other medical teams provided initial treatments to two injured women from the second vehicle, whose conditions were described as moderate, and they were transported to the hospital."

Fire and rescue teams also arrived at the scene and worked to extinguish the fire that erupted in one of the vehicles, then rescued two people who were inside; one had already died while the other was in critical condition.

The police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
