Lebanese President Rejects Netanyahu's Inclusion in Call with Rubio
SadaNews - The President of Lebanon, General Joseph Aoun, received a phone call from U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who thanked him for the efforts being made by Washington to achieve a ceasefire and its support at all levels.
Rubio confirmed his ongoing efforts to reach a ceasefire as a precursor to establishing peace, security, and stability in Lebanon, reiterating his support and appreciation for President Aoun's positions.
Meanwhile, Lebanese media reported that President Aoun rejected the inclusion of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the phone call.
