Strikes Target a Petrochemical Complex in Southwestern Iran
SadaNews - Iranian media reported that American-Israeli strikes targeted a petrochemical complex in southwestern Iran today (Saturday), resulting in injuries to several companies in the area, according to what was published by "Agence France-Presse".
The "Fars" agency stated that "explosions occurred in the petrochemical area in Mahshahr," citing the deputy governor of Khuzestan.
The agency added that the "American-Israeli attack on Mahshahr" targeted three companies in the area, while the "Tasnim" agency mentioned that "the extent of the damage is still unknown".
The Iranian Atomic Energy Organization confirmed that a projectile fell near the Bushehr nuclear power plant, resulting in the death of a security personnel at the facility during the bombardment and damage to one of the side buildings of the plant.
