Factory Producing Drones in Central Israel Damaged by Falling Iranian Rocket Head

SadaNews - The factory of "Aerosol Air Solutions," which produces drones for security purposes, was significantly damaged due to the explosion of the warhead of an Iranian rocket on Thursday evening in the "Petah Tikva" area east of Tel Aviv in central Israel.

A large hole and severe damage were observed in the buildings surrounding the site where the Iranian rocket head fell. According to the Israeli army, a man and a woman sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.

The company "Valorex" notified the Israeli stock exchange about severe damages at the factory, just two days after announcing its acquisition of "Aerosol," which counts the Ministry of Defense, the aerospace industries, "Elbit," and "Rafael" among its clients in the country.

"Valorex" itself is working on developing, producing, and selling engines and generators based on internal combustion, and is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with a market value of 213 million shekels.

In the company's report to the stock exchange, it stated, "In continuation of the immediate report regarding signing an agreement to acquire controlling interest in the company 'Aerosol Air Solutions,' we inform you that as a result of missile launches and the fall of one near the only factory of the 'Aerosol' company, significant damage was inflicted on the factory."

It indicated that it is still assessing the extent of the damages caused to "Aerosol"'s operations, noting that its evaluation is based on preliminary surveys conducted at the site.

The CEO of "Valorex" stated that "an explosion occurred near the 'Aerosol' factory at a time when no employees were present, and there were no human injuries. In the coming days, we will work to complete the damage assessment and coordinate with all concerned parties regarding insurance compensation."
