Israel Intensifies Airstrikes and Deepens Ground Operations in Lebanon as Hezbollah Continues Its Response
SadaNews - The Israeli army continued on Saturday to carry out extensive attacks in various regions of Lebanon.
According to Lebanese sources, many people have been martyred in a series of scattered airstrikes.
The number of martyrs in Lebanon has risen to more than 1,125, with 3,280 injured since the aggression began on March 2.
The Israeli airstrikes on Saturday targeted Majdel Silim, Kafra, Adlun, Khiyam, and Naqoura, launching more than 70 rockets at Taibe, amid attempts of a ground advance toward the Litani River.
Additionally, they bombarded Labaya and Yahmour, as well as Sahmar in the Western Bekaa.
The Israeli army announced that it had attacked several targets belonging to the Lebanese Hezbollah.
In this context, Hezbollah has continued to strike Israeli settlements in the northern regions.
Hezbollah launched successive rocket barrages and attacked the Israeli ground forces infiltrating inside Lebanese borders.
