IRGC Announces Launch of the "Most Violent and Heaviest" Rocket Wave

SadaNews - The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps announced early Wednesday the launch of a new wave of rockets as part of an operation dubbed "Honest Promise 4", stating that it will continue for at least three hours and represents the thirty-seventh wave of the operation.

The Revolutionary Guard stated in its announcement that the new rocket wave targets American sites in Erbil, locations belonging to the Fifth Fleet, in addition to targets in the heart of Tel Aviv.

It added that the thirty-seventh wave is the "most violent and heaviest" since the beginning of the confrontation, noting that it included unprecedented fire density compared to previous barrages.

The Guard announced the use of a new generation of the "Khoramshahr" missile, which it claims carries tons of explosives, and threatened to target American tech companies in the region.

The Guard also threatened that it would begin targeting technological infrastructure in the region, releasing a list of companies that will be targeted, including: Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.

With this step, the war enters a phase of retaliation that Iran has promised, which it stated would include vital infrastructure in response to attacks on its own infrastructure, according to the claims that this announcement takes the war toward further escalation and expansion.

Sirens wailed in wide areas of central Israel following the detection of Iranian rocket barrages, marking the sixth time Israel has faced Iranian rockets since Tuesday.

For its part, Iranian television reported that the latest wave of missile strikes carried out by Iranian forces early Wednesday targeted an airbase near Tel Aviv.

Israeli media reported that a rocket or shrapnel fell near a hospital and a military base in central Israel, while noting that air defenses intercepted the majority of the rockets launched from Iran, with some falling in open areas.

Earlier, the Israeli occupation army stated that it detected rocket launches from Iranian territory, confirming that air defense systems are working to intercept them.

The Israeli Home Front reported that sirens were activated in the Carmel area south of Haifa, and in the Sharon area north of Tel Aviv, while Channel 12 mentioned that the ambulance service dealt with several injuries resulting from the rush toward the shelters.

Tel Aviv maintains strict censorship regarding the locations of rocket landings and the damage caused.
