British Consulate: Shocked by Settlers' Killing of Five Palestinians
SadaNews - The British Consulate in Jerusalem expressed its shock on Tuesday over the incident in which settlers killed five Palestinians recently in the West Bank.
The consulate said in a tweet: Amid escalating regional tensions, it is important not to overlook the developments happening in the West Bank. We feel deep shock over the killing of five Palestinians in violent assaults carried out by settlers over the past week.
It added: Israeli security forces described this violence as "unacceptable," and we urge that these statements are accompanied by prompt, thorough investigations and accountability for those responsible.
It emphasized the necessity to stop the settlers' violence that terrorizes Palestinians.
