Many countries condemn and reject the statements of the US ambassador to "Israel" and affirm the sovereignty of Arab states and the unity of their territories

SadaNews - The foreign ministries of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Turkey, the Syrian Arab Republic, the State of Palestine, the State of Kuwait, the Lebanese Republic, the Sultanate of Oman, the Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council, the Arab League, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation express their strong condemnation and grave concern regarding the statements made by the United States ambassador to Israel, in which he indicated acceptance of Israel's control over lands belonging to Arab states, including the occupied West Bank.

The ministries assert their countries' firm rejection of such dangerous and provocative statements, which represent a blatant violation of the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter, and constitute a serious threat to the region's security and stability.

The ministries emphasize that these statements directly contradict the vision proposed by US President Donald Trump, as well as the comprehensive plan to end the conflict in Gaza, which is based on containing escalation and creating a political horizon for a comprehensive settlement that guarantees the Palestinian people the establishment of their independent state. They affirmed that this vision is based on promoting the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence, and that any statements seeking to legitimize the control over the properties of others undermine these goals, inflame tensions, and constitute incitement rather than contributing to the establishment of peace.

The ministries reiterate their assertion that there is no sovereignty for Israel over the occupied Palestinian territories or over any other occupied Arab lands. They also expressed their complete rejection of any attempts to annex the West Bank or separate it from the Gaza Strip, as well as their strong opposition to the expansion of settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territories, and their firm rejection of any threat to the sovereignty of Arab states.

The ministries warn that the continuation of Israel's expansionist policies and illegal measures will only lead to further violence and conflict in the region and undermine the prospects for peace. They called for an end to these inciting statements. They affirmed their countries' unwavering commitment to the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and to the establishment of their independent state along the lines of June 4, 1967, and the end of the occupation of all occupied Arab lands.
